ℹ️ What can the ThunderLaser do?
The ThunderLaser Nova 63 is a CO₂ laser cutter for wood, acrylic, cardboard, leather, fabric and many other materials.
Working area: 1600 × 1000 × 200 mm
🚨 Important
Use only after successfully passing the online test or completing an induction.
The laser cutter must never be operated unattended.
Do not change any configuration settings on the machine.
Never clean the lens yourself.

🔥 In an emergency
Fire in the laser cutter
- Stop the job immediately.
- Put out the fire with the fire blanket. The fire blanket hangs next to the PC, right by the laser cutter.
- Notify the Happylab team.
⚠️ Before every start
- ✔ Is the material suitable for laser cutting? Check here: Unsuitable materials
- ✔ Is the machine clean?
- ✔ Is the honeycomb table clear?
- ✔ Close the lid
- ✔ Perform the reference run
- ✔ Set the focus
🧹 After working
- Clean the workstation.
- Vacuum the honeycomb table and the front flap.
- Remove leftover material.
- Put tools back.
