Here are the extensions for Inkscape 1.0 to be able to create Living hinges for your projects. On how to use it : first follow the tutorial to install the extensions. Then design the hinge according to what you want it to do. Afterwards save the hinge and export it to CorelDRAW to be able to cut it/use the design for your projects.
